Use of the service

ReviewFlow is provided to help authorized businesses manage reviews, prepare response drafts, track approval activity, and post approved replies when enabled.

Authorized access

You may use ReviewFlow only for businesses you own, manage, or are authorized to support. You are responsible for making sure user access is assigned only to appropriate team members or customers.

Review replies

AI-generated replies are drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and confirming the accuracy and appropriateness of any response before posting.

Google services

Some features depend on Google Business Profile APIs and Google account authorization. Google API availability, quotas, permissions, and approval requirements may affect whether these features are available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload harmful content, or use ReviewFlow to violate applicable laws, platform rules, or customer privacy rights.

Availability

ReviewFlow is still being prepared for production use. The service may change as features, security, hosting, billing, and Google API approval are completed.
