Information we collect

ReviewFlow may collect account information such as name, email address, business name, business settings, review workflow activity, and application usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Google user data

When a user signs in with Google, ReviewFlow may receive the user's Google account identifier, name, and email address so the app can create a secure session and determine which business workspace the user may access.

Google Business Profile data

When an authorized business user connects Google Business Profile access, ReviewFlow may collect or process Google account identifiers, business account identifiers, location identifiers, business profile details, customer review content, review ratings, review timestamps, and reply status information.

This information is used only to show reviews inside ReviewFlow, create draft replies, track approval workflow, and post owner-approved replies when that feature is enabled.

How we use information

We use information to provide the review management service, secure user access, troubleshoot errors, send operational notifications, maintain audit history, and improve the reliability of the product.

AI-assisted replies

ReviewFlow may use review text and business settings to generate draft replies. Users should review and approve generated drafts before posting them publicly.

Sharing and selling data

ReviewFlow does not sell Google user data or customer review data. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the application, comply with law, protect the service, or perform actions requested by the authorized business user.

ReviewFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

ReviewFlow retains business settings, review workflow records, logs, and related activity for as long as needed to provide the service, support the business, comply with obligations, and maintain operational records. Businesses may request deletion of their data by contacting support.

Disconnecting access

A business may disconnect Google access from the application or from the Google account security settings. After disconnecting, ReviewFlow will no longer be able to import new Google Business Profile review data for that connection.

Security

ReviewFlow uses access controls, session protection, audit logging, and operational safeguards to help protect account and business review information.
